If you’re business doesn’t need full color, and needs to print ID cards fast and on a budget, the Fargo DTC1000M is an excellent alternative. This monochrome ID card printer can create an ID card in just 7 seconds and one with an overlay in 12 seconds. While it can print in black & white, it can also be used with monochrome ribbons of different colors including red, blue, white, silver, green and gold. These cards still look just as professional as full-color prints and are even capable of printing bar codes.
Versions of this printer are available with the ability to encode magnetic stripes in both high and low coercivity. The DTC1000M can also be used with CR-80 and CR-79 cards made from PBC or polyester. The input hopper holds up to 100 30-mil cards and the output hopper holds up to 30 cards. A cleaning roller is integrated into the ribbon cartridge, making cleanup and maintenance extremely easy.
The DTC1000M includes Fargo’s Swift ID software and the system is both Windows and MAC OSX compatible. Order yours today!
